Sorry 'bout that!

I broke my promise to post at least every Monday, but I've got a good excuse.. my kids are on March/Spring break this week, and yesterday was busy busy... It was also kinda hard to wrestle time on the computer, so I just gave in and went with it.

I'm watching Idol right now ( first time this season- I thought I'd better jump in now or forget it) and am posting this between commercials... although I gotta say I'm having a rather hard time staying awake through all the mediocre performances. Not sure I'll watch every week.


I was asked a while back by Janet to be the guest designer on her site, Colour Combos Galore.
If you haven't visited this site yet, take a sec to check it out and be inspired by all the amazing colour schemes she's come up with. Very inspiring stuff if you're ever stuck in a rut. I chose 2 colours (the blue and yellow) and she came up with the rest. Her & the DT did a fantastic job with this combo! Here's my version, inspired by my total Ray Lamontagne obsession:

the lightest colour is a pale icy blue, which shows up gray on my layout, but I could not for the life of me get it to photograph properly.

I like the page and the color combo. Not colors I normally use, at least not together since my pages tend to be more girly, but I like it. :)

Great bright color combo! I'd love to give it a try if I can muster some energy back! LOL Love what you did with it though. I see that you used your new punch in there. ;)
